About the Company

TruPartner is a member-owned, not-for-profit, financial institution focused on providing the highest levels of personal service. It was formed in 2015 when two well-established credit unions, Cincinnati Central and Communicating Arts, merged together.

TruPartner Credit Union's 17,000 members pool their money together in the form of deposits, which are available for members to borrow for investments like home loans, auto loans, consumer loans, student loans, and more.

The Situation

Established credit union in Cincinnati was in need of a fresh and new campaign to boost membership and promote itself as a community asset to people in the local areas.

The Strategy

TruPartner Credit Union has an established brand that has been under utilized and was in need of a boost visually.

The Logo

We were provided with a logo and a set of basic brand guidelines. From there, and upon a careful assessment of the brand, we begin to work.

Out of Home Campaign

A series of one pager leaflets and leave behind with renewed messaging and crafted, slogans or developed for use both inside its locations as well as to be distributed Dawn, public functions and events. For maximum exposure, a billboard campaign was also developed.

Digital Campaign

An additional series of social media ads that are interactive and eye-catching were developed, using the new messaging to further make the community and prospective consumers feel heard and seen as well as attract new members giving them a local credit union feel that would drive membership.

The Conclusion

TruPartner Credit Union was equipped with physical brand, touch points, such as leaflets and leave behind as well as posters for the doors to go on the entrance of its locations, billboards for major roads, as well as social media, banners, and headers for its Facebook business page, LinkedIn, etc. In order to successfully promote their brand appeal to their base and drive memberships.
